Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how SkyBridge processes and protects user information. By using the Telegram bot @sky_bridge_bot and the Service infrastructure, the User agrees to this Policy.
1. General
We respect the User’s right to privacy and protect the information provided. We store only what is technically required for the account to work.
2. Information we collect
To create an account and provide the service we process: a unique user identifier (Telegram ID) for bot auth; plan status and payment history (dates and amounts); temporary technical data (app version, connection time) needed to diagnose connection quality.
3. Information we do not collect
We do not track or store visited websites, DNS queries or traffic content. In exceptional cases, diagnostic data may be recorded temporarily to find faults. It is used only for troubleshooting and is deleted afterwards.
4. Payments
Payments go through certified payment operators. We do not access or store full card details. For automatic payments we keep only a protected token issued by the payment gateway. The token does not contain card data in the clear.
5. Cookies and analytics
The website may use cookies for the interface to work. We may use anonymised analytics that collect de-identified visit stats and cannot identify a specific user.
6. Why we use the data
Data is used only to provide access via @sky_bridge_bot, to give support, and to notify the User about subscription expiry or important infrastructure changes.
7. Third parties
We do not sell, share or disclose user data except where required by Russian law upon an official request. We physically cannot provide browsing activity: it is not collected or stored.
8. User rights
The User may request the data we hold and may ask for account deletion via support at any time.
9. Security
We apply organisational and technical measures against unlawful access, destruction, alteration or copying. Communication with the bot and servers uses encrypted channels.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. The new version takes effect when published. The User is responsible for reviewing updates.
