Terms of Service

Last updated: April 20, 2026

This document governs the relationship between the SkyBridge service (hereinafter — the "Service") and the user (hereinafter — the "User"). By starting to use the Service, including activating a trial period or paying for a plan, the User confirms full agreement with these terms.

1. Subject of the Agreement

The Service provides the User with access to remote network infrastructure for traffic encryption and routing. The primary goal of the Service is to ensure digital data security and connection protection when working in public networks. The Service does not filter content and is not responsible for the User's actions on the Internet. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

2. Trial Period

Every new User is given the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the quality of services within a trial period. The duration and terms of the trial period are determined by the current application settings at the time of registration. Activation occurs automatically upon the first login to the system.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

The User agrees not to use the Service for actions that violate the laws of the Russian Federation or the country of the User's location. Using the Service for any unlawful purposes, including committing crimes and assisting in their commission (extremism, terrorism, distribution of narcotic drugs, and other violations of the law), is prohibited. The terms of the selected plan may set limits on the number of simultaneously connected devices and the volume of traffic consumed. For plans with unlimited traffic and no limit on the number of devices, the principle of fair use applies, implying the operation of the Service for personal needs. In case of abuse, the Service has the right to apply enforcement measures, including forced disconnection, limiting the number of available devices, or reducing connection speed. Using the Service for sharing via the BitTorrent protocol (torrents) is prohibited. Distribution of malicious software (viruses, Trojans), phishing, brute-force, and port scanning is prohibited. Any type of spam (including email newsletters and spam in messengers) is prohibited. Attempts at unauthorized access to Service resources or third-party resources through the Service infrastructure are prohibited.

4. Payment and Subscription

Services are provided on a prepayment model. Rates are indicated in the Service interface. Automatic renewal (debiting of funds) is absent unless explicitly specified by the User during payment. The Service has the right to change the cost of plans; new prices apply only to subsequent payment periods.

5. Refund Policy

The User can request a refund within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase. A refund is possible if the Service does not work on the User's device due to the fault of the Service. To request a refund, you must contact support, and technical specialists must confirm the impossibility of resolving the problem within 24 hours. A refund is not issued if the volume of traffic consumed during the period of use exceeded 500 MB. Blocking of protocols by ISPs or government agencies is not an unconditional ground for a refund; such cases are considered individually.

6. Disclaimer and Warranties

The Service does not guarantee that operation will be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% consistent with the User's expectations. The Service is not responsible for the User's ISP internet connection speed. The Service is not responsible for the unavailability of specific websites or applications if they restrict access on their part. The Service is not responsible for failures caused by restrictive measures by government regulators or ISPs. In case of connection problems, the User must contact technical support for individual analysis of the situation and search for a technical solution. The User is solely responsible for the security of their credentials.

7. Privacy

The Service adheres to a No Logs Policy. We do not store browsing history, DNS queries, or traffic content. For the Service to function, minimal technical data for authorization (User ID) and connection limit control is stored.

8. Final Provisions

The Administration has the right to make changes to this Agreement. The current version is always available via a permanent link. Continued use of the Service after an update signifies agreement with the new edition. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.
